Empirical test data indicates that this type of purification panel possesses an impact strength of ≥20 kJ/m², enabling it to withstand mechanical impacts during transportation and installation. In extreme environments ranging from -40°C to +80°C, the dimensional stability of its core material surpasses that of traditional materials, thereby preventing panel cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Furthermore, its composite structure exhibits anti-mold properties; following a 28-day test in a humid environment, no mold growth was observed on the surface of the core material, thereby meeting the stringent standards for microbial control required in cleanrooms.

During installation, specialized sealant must be applied to fill the panel joints to ensure that airtightness meets the requirements of the ISO 14644 standard. Additionally, the panel joints should be secured using anti-static aluminum profiles to prevent the generation of static electricity caused by metal-to-metal friction.
