Description
Powder Coated Anti Corrosive C Purlin is made from Q235B cold-formed C-section steel. The material goes through degreasing, rust removal and phosphating treatment first, then processed with electrostatic powder spray. After being heated and solidified at 180–200℃ for 10–15 minutes, the surface forms a smooth protective film with thickness controlled at 60–90μm. It can serve as reliable support for steel structure roofs and wall systems in long-term use.

The product adopts section height of 80mm to 300mm and wall thickness of 1.5mm to 3.0mm, which meets daily bending and compression usage demands. The surface film fits closely with the base steel, reaching cross-cut adhesion grade 0–1, and can effectively cope with acid, alkali erosion and natural aging. It can operate stably all year round in damp areas, chemical pollution zones and coastal salt fog regions.
