The silica rock cleanroom panel material primarily employs a fibrous structure, combined with refractory materials such as magnesium oxysulfate, rock wool, silica rock, and hollow magnesium oxide, forming a multi-layered protective system through a composite process. It features high flexural strength, corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

This material is widely used in scenarios with high fire resistance and cleanliness requirements. For example, in electronics factories where dust and static electricity need to be controlled, the sealed structure and anti-static coating of the silica rock cleanroom panel can reduce dust accumulation; in food processing workshops where bacterial growth must be prevented, its smooth surface and easy-to-clean properties reduce the risk of microbial adhesion; and in chemical storage facilities requiring resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, the low thermal conductivity and chemically resistant core layer can slow the spread of fire. Furthermore, the material can be customized to different sizes to fit irregularly shaped building structures.
