Silica rock purification panels are a type of fire-resistant and fireproof functional material commonly used in building materials and home decoration. They are rectangular panels whose core function is to provide efficient heat insulation and fire protection.

The core technology of silica rock purification panels lies in their composite sandwich structure. The outer layer is typically made of galvanized steel or color-coated steel sheet, providing structural support and surface protection. The inner layer is filled with refractory materials such as magnesium oxysulfate, rock wool, silica rock, or hollow magnesium oxide, which enhance heat insulation performance through fibrous arrangement. Magnesium oxysulfate has excellent high-temperature resistance, rock wool enhances fire resistance with inorganic fibers, silica rock reduces heat conduction through its microporous structure, and hollow magnesium oxide panels block heat transfer through their hollow layers. These four materials can be used individually or in combination to meet the fire resistance requirements of different scenarios.
