PC roofing sheets are corrugated translucent building materials made from polycarbonate. They come in solid and hollow types, with main models including 840, 900, and 930. By adding UV inhibitors and flame retardants, these sheets achieve a 99% UV rejection rate and B1-level flame retardancy. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 140℃ and have a service life of 10-15 years. They are widely used in agricultural greenhouses, station roofs, factory lighting, and commercial buildings.
PC roofing sheets are formed using co-extrusion technology. The surface can be semi-frosted for a soft-light effect. Thickness ranges from 1.1-5mm, and light transmittance can be customized. They possess high impact resistance (flexural strength superior to polycarbonate sheets of the same thickness), are lightweight, and weather-resistant. They support cold bending for installation (minimum bending radius is related to wave height). During installation, allowance must be made for thermal expansion. Use neutral sealant for fixing and avoid contact with acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Product colors include transparent, lake blue, and grass green, with lengths customizable up to 6 meters.
